Family Coach Application Process
Thank You for your interest in serving with us as a Family Coach. Please complete the forms below. We will contact you with questions or the next step in the process when we receive the forms.
Certification ML FC Checklist – a check list for you to print, it you like check lists.
Documents: For anyone that will provide transportation for a SRCF Child please provide: a copy of Driver License & Proof of Insurance.

Every person over the age of 18 in your household must complete a Background Check. We will send you an email from Sterling Volunteers to order the Background Check.
Reference Form – Please copy and send the following URL link to 3 people (2 personal references and 1 pastor/elder reference) to complete.

A Family Coach is required to attend a Safe Refuge Live Training Seminar – we will let you know when the next class is available.
