Circle of Friends
Provide care and support to a Safe Refuge Host Family during the course of a hosting through meals, babysitting, gift cards, transportation, and prayer. They wraparound a family who is hosting with support and care.

Host Family
Opens their home to children in order to give parents the opportunity to work through a crisis without the threat of losing parental custody. It is a temporary, short term commitment that can provide long term results in the life of a family in crisis. Gospel opportunities abound in the relationship built with both the child and parent/guardian and in the way God reveals Himself as your family serves together.

Family Coach
A Family Coach works closely with the Ministry Lead and is assigned to a host family during a hosting. The Family Coach visits the Host Family during a hosting to serve and support the family through prayer and practical support like parenting advice, and meal train coordination.

Ministry Lead
The Ministry Lead is the main liaison between the Safe Refuge for Children + Families office and his or her church community. The Ministry Lead is responsible for building and overseeing the Safe Refuge team at their church & encouraging the SR volunteers to support one another in the shared mission of serving the families who come to Safe Refuge for help.
